Our COO Jennifer M.I.Grizzard has always been a creative force with an eye for detail and a passion for bringing ideas to life. Additionally, she is a strategic thinker with a knack for logistics and a heart dedicated to perfection.
After years of pursuing her career in the corporate world, she found herself yearning for something more fulfilling. With this, the Dancing Gryphon was born.
For the last four years, DG has built an incredible team with over 35 years of creative organizational expertise. Together, we set out to build an event company like no other.
Our mission was to curate bespoke events that catered to the desires and dreams of their clients, turning visions into reality. We sought to weave elegance, innovation, and personalized touches into every detail for the intimate gathering or proposal moments to grand celebrations and fundraisers.
Our first event, an exquisite wedding, was a resounding success. From that moment, the team knew we were creating magic that would turn into memories for their clients.
Word of our exceptional work took off like shooting stars, and soon we were sought after by discerning clients from around the world. We serve all 50 US states and territories as well as the UK, EU, Mexico, the Caribbean and, as of 2025, Dubai/UAE. DG became synonymous with executing a vision, precision, and the sensation of magic.
